After graduated the university, joined and contributed as the series of Sales and Leader positions in Global IT Enterprise. After the early retirement in 2011, engaged in the corporate sales leader again in both Global Education and Global IT companies.
2016 in Fall, resigned due to the family health issue. Then in the lifeshift toward the second stage of life, came across Coactive Coaching, then got some feeling about the strong wants to be involved the professional coach supporting others to evoke essential transformation. Intending to be the real professional coach as if “Digging out the unrecognized potential from inside of the clients”.
